Must Have Foods
Planning ahead can make all the difference! Cleaning the pantry and refrigerator of trigger foods, and stocking the shelves with healthy, delicious and fresh foods make it much easier to stay OP and SOP! Many of us were successful eating from the smorgasbord of frozen diet foods - always easy, lots of selection....but not very filling or satisfying...which can lead to binging.
We've listed some of the "FAVORITES" that SOPERS have on their shopping lists and like to keep on hand at home. Please let us know if you have favorites or find new foods that should be added to the list!
