Banana Pumpkin Smoothie
In blender:
2c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 frozen bananas
15oz canned pumpkin
cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg to taste
pinch o' salt
equal to taste
2 scoops protein powder (or 2 WW vanilla smoothie packets)
Blend the heck out of it and split into THREE servings. Stick in the freezer. Thaw before eating.
