Spiced Pumpkin with Apple Chunks

Place 1 can pumpkin into a mixing bowl -- not pumpkin pie mix, just plain ole' pumpkin.
Add 2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, 1 tsp. allspice, 2T honey or agave nectar and mix thoroughly. These are approximate measurements. Use your own taste preference as a guide.
Peel one apple, cut into small chunks, add to pumpkin and mix thoroughly.
Place entire mixture in microwave oven and heat for about 2 minutes (Stop and mix after about 1 minute).
Enjoy! 1/2 C serving is about 40 calories. You can also be creative and add raisins or dried apricots, perhaps crumble graham crackers over the top. This will increase the points, but it's still a low-points treat.
