Soper Pledge of Allegiance

My motivation lately is to type out my SOPER pledge of allegiance, first thing, every morning to reinforce what I’m doing. (and yes, this is from Leather, but I’ve tweaked it a bit)
I commit to staying on or under points EVERY FREAKING DAY, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday and observe the cut off rule of 3 hours before bed time. THAT IS MY GOAL THAT IS ALL I HAVE TO DO. The rest will take care of itself whether I weigh in or not.
NOTHING IS TO DETER ME FROM STAYING ON OR UNDER POINTS AND CUT OFF EVERY SINGLE DAY, NO MATTER WHAT!
I repeat: Staying on or under points is my goal. I COMMIT to following the Soper rules every single day:
1 - I will plan each menu within daily points allowance.
2 - I will ONLY eat what I plan.
3 - I will stop eating at least 3 hours before bed.
4 - I will eat protein and a fruit/veggie at every meal.
5 - I will not use weeklies or APs
6 - I will post my menu daily and be honest about how I did the previous day.
7 - I will take care of my body, including resting when stressed.
8 - I will not make excuses or come up with BS about how I’m doing.
9 - I will be honest with others, no matter what.
10 - I will be honest with myself.
I can do it. I WILL DO IT. It is not rocket science. It is simple. Keep it simple. It works. Always does. I will just do it.
