SERIOUSLY ON PLAN - OUR RULES
The SOPERS' (Seriously on PLAN) goal is to LOSE WEIGHT in a healthy fashion. Period.
We consider a day to be SOP if we: eat within or under our daily points, cut off 3 hours before bed, & use no weeklies or activity points except for lots of cardio. THAT is an SOP day.
Before joining us, please read the thread for at least a week, have at least 3 consecutive SOP days under your belt, be able recite the SOPER rules by heart, have a close cropped face pic to post, and be ready to accept tough and honest feed-back.
These rules are to help SOPERS achieve SOP days:
1. Plan each menu in advance within your daily point allowance, INCLUDING THE ONE FRUIT TO EAT AFTER CUT OFF.
2. Eat what you plan with substitutions in equal point value to original menu.
3. Stop eating AT LEAST 3 HOURS before bed. You can eat ONE PIECE of fruit after cut off-especially an APPLE if necessary.
4. Eat protein ALL DAY--EARLY AND THRUOUT THE DAY, EVERY time you eat. Eat fruits, veggies all day, complex carbs in am & noon, limit starches at dinner.
5. Use no weeklies or aps--except up to 3 aps a day for 1 hour or more of cardio on that day.
6. Post daily with your menu & if you were SOP OR NOT, which rules you broke & how you're going to change -- NO DETAILED CONFESSIONS.
7. Rest instead of eating when tired or stressed-do something else-deep breaths, walk outside, go to bathroom.
8. No BS, whining or excuses. Just do it.
9. Be honest with others & open to honesty from them.
10. Be honest with yourself!
11. We post close up pictures of our faces, stats under our pics, height & location in signature.
12. We do not respond to criticism from outside the thread or to anonymous posters.
