mornin chickies.
ok. so now the 'bad' or gripey news. from the mean and tough leather, but intended with love as you well know.
DID a lot of thinking while i was lurking and not posting and fokusing on me, AND ON US AND WHAT WE NEED TO DO TO STAY THE GREAT SOPER THREAD!!!!!! here's what i came up with...
these are the things that i am going to complain and complain and complain about until we get them fixed.
ONE. MOST IMPORTANT AND THE THING THAT BUGS ME THE MOST.
THIS IS A DAILY POSTING THREAD.
not every other day. not once a week. not when you feel like it. not weekdays only. so IF YOU POST daily, i will take time to talk to you and help you an encourage you. IF you drop in and out and in and out, which is NOT a help to me or anyone else here, but FEELS LIKE you are USING US for YOUR OWN convenience, then i will not be spending lots of my time with you. jmho.
and please don't get all offended and huffy. i am NOT talking about when you go on vacation, or tell us you are taking a break. or have a real emergency.
i am talking about those who come in guns blazing and all im with the plan yak yak yak. and then i and others write personals and then they disappear after two days. sheese what a waste of my time. did they even see the personal? did they bother to reply? usually no.
so im done with in and outers. youre either in and here. or youre out. you decide. but decide and then follow thru. show some dedication to us and to yourself for goodness sake. sheese. its exhausting and exasperating.
five minutes a day for us and yourselves is not much to dedicate yourself to. we've repeatedly said you don't have to do personals. you just have to BE here. duh duh and duh.
and that means this weekend. no matter what. ok? ok!
TWO.
BY THE END OF THIS YEAR, EVERYONE WHO IS A REGULAR SOPER NEEDS TO GET THEIR SPOONS CHARM.
jeese people. come on!!! than means get your azzes in gear and get to your spoons goal in the next four freakin months, sixteen weeks til th end of the year. that's a LOT of time to reach a spoons goal. sheese.
sixteen weeks. even at only half a pound a week, that is eight pounds at the least!!!!!!
seriously kids, and for those of you who haven't even set a goal, DO SO NOW. see list. goal: end of year, everyone has spoons. done. PLEASE DO IT RIGHT NOW. before you go on to read more.
stop and think. and set a spoons goal you can reach by the end of this year. and email that goal to me NOW

EVERY SINGLE PERSON NEEDS TO HAVE APPLES GOALS AND DREAM CHARM GOALS SET AND SET NOW! see list. if you do not have goals listed, figure them out and send to me. goals must be weight related unless you are at goal. DO IT NOW please! see list in above post.

FOUR
watchin and lovin you guys while i was not posting was very revealing. YOU ALL KNOW WHAT TO EAT. there is not too much room for menu critiquing except for a few newer sopers. the point now is to JUST DO IT. STOP TALKING ABOUT DOING IT. DO IT.
you know it works. so why are you not doing it? NO NEVER MIND. DON'T BOTHER TELLING ME why you repeatedly are NOT sop over and over and over. I REALLY DON'T WANNA HEAR IT.
i don't care why you are not doing it. doesn't matter. its all just excuses...stress, tired, old car broke down, new car is too wonderful, too much to do, not enough to do, too happy, too sad, its summer, its winter, its the kids bothering me, its the kids not bothering me, im bored, im excited blah blah blah. etc etc etc. ya know????
those who are sop CONSISTENTLY and NOT WHOPPING on other days are losing. those who are not doing it are staying the same...some the same as a freaking YEAR ago. what kind of progress is that???? very discouraging to you who are staying the same weight, and discouraging to those who are moving downward or stomping and watching others make the same dumb decisions and choices over and over and over and over.
AND PLEASE NOTE. THIS THREAD its not about how many days out of the month you are sop. that was just a summer fun challenge. THIS THREAD IS ABOUT LOSING WEIGHT. PERIOD. remember?
and for nearly all of us, it's no longer about LEARNING. so cut the baloney. you learned it already.
now its about DOING.
now you gotta just do what you know you are supposed to do.
show some will power and control and self discipline and restraint.
get out of the kitchen after you eat dinner. don't go back in there for any reason.
go to freakin bed at night. stop staying up thinking about eating and then eating. jeeze. get away from the kitchen. don't go back. go to BED.
eat the freakin apple.
leave the booze and wine and cookies alone.
it ain't gonna kill you to be hungry for a few hours. really. its not. experience hunger. duh. amazing.
it ain't gonna kill you to miss a meal now and then. what if you were so happy and doing something so fun that you forgot to eat. can you even imagine that??????
we all got enough meat on us to support us for a while. stop worrying about what and when youre gonna eat next.
you got a plan. just follow it. its that simple.
stop negotiating with yourself. stop it. now.
being and staying on our plans...THAT is what we are about. NOT being out of control. that is why we are here. remember???????? or are YOU just here to have a good time with some friends?????? THAT is NOT what this thread is about. this thread is about losing weight.
FIVE.
we ALL need to follow the rules, ALL 12 of them, and stay accountable. GO READ THE RULES RIGHT NOW. OR BETTER YET. RECITE THEM see how many you can remember. if you dont remember them all, i can give you a memory device so you will.
one. no need for a device to remember this one. everyone knows this....we all need to plan out menus within our daily points or calories allowance.
two. same as number one. we all know this one extremely well. we all need to follow our plans
three. that's easy. three hours. three. three three. we all need to cut off 3 hrs before sleep
four. the four (old time) food groups. eat protein, produce, complex carbs, dairies. just eat and follow the ghgs. four.
five. there are five weekdays that some of us use to exercise. five weekdays. but we do NOT use those ap's or extra weekly points. five. we all need to not use aps or weeklies except for active cardio of an hour or more.
six. like evil six six six. 666 ah, saying how we did, even if its bad. and what we will do differently. then doing it. not just saying it over and over. doing something different when the other way doesnt work. remember the def. of insanity. doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. we gotta stop acting nuts.
seven. picture the number 7 laying on its side. like a little couch for you to go lay down on when you are tired or stressed. rest. dont eat. rest. obey that rule. stop breaking it.
eight. picture the number 8 like two mouths one above the other to remind you to STOP WHINING AND MAKING EXCUSES. knock it off. its not good for you, its not fun for you and its not fun for us. no whining.
nine the number 9. thats you, standing there looking at yourself and being honest with yourself.
ten follows easy after 9. be honest with others.
eleven and twelve. we, who went thru a rough patch know about these. and why we have them. and it keeps un accountable and all on the same wave length and disciplines and unites us.
we all need close up face pics
we all need stats under our pics
we all need to tell our heights and where we're from
WE ALL NEED TO EAT WITHIN OUR POINTS OR CALORIES EVERY DAM DAY. DAY AFTER DAY. NO EXCUSES
we all need to do it the soper way.

I LOVE YA LIKE A BUNCH OF SISTERS. no. more than that. like my bunch of best friends. and I WANT TO SEE YOU EXPERIENCE THE WONDERFUL FEELINGS OF SUCCESS.

i'm back, happy, SKINNIER (lost just four pounds in 42 days, from 131 to 127, slow but steady--about a dinky little half pound a week, ack) and grouchy as ever.
so no excuses and I WILL BE CALLING PEOPLE OUT. cuz i love you. not to make you feel bad. but to HELP YOU HELP YOURSELF to make you what you were always meant to be...the BEST. every single one of you. i adore your little selves. and i missed you terribly too.
but it was good for me. and for you too. we needed a break. and now we're back together :-)
