Roasted Almost Zero Cauliflower

Ingredients:
One head of cauliflower
Pam for spraying
Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic powder
Shredded parmesean
Cut stem out of an entire head of cauliflower.
Lay the head of cauliflower stem side down and slice from top down through bottom in half inch slices.
Break the slices up slightly and toss into baking dish lined with foil. Spray the cauliflower with pam. Sprinkle with salt, garlic salt, and hot pepper flakes if wanted.
Bake at 350 for thirty or forty minutes until the cauliflower is browning and fork tender.
Remove from the oven, and while still hot, sprinkle with 4-5 tbs. of shredded parmesean.
The cauliflower is essentially a 'free' veggie. Only points and calories are the parmesean.
