Salsa Chicken

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 jar salsa
1/2 can drained and rinsed black beans (optional)
Line baking dish with foil. Coat with non-stick spray. Lay down chicken breasts and cover thickly with salsa. Sprinkle black beans on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve over brown rice.
